Terms and Conditions

Please read before ordering

These Terms govern your use of www.monakalin.com and all orders placed with us. By browsing or purchasing, you accept them.

1. Use of the Site

The site is for personal, lawful shopping only. Please do not scrape content, copy product photography for resale, or interfere with the shop's systems.

2. Holiday Season Orders

During the festive season, demand and carrier volumes rise sharply. To receive decorations in time for Christmas, order early and check the shipping estimates at checkout. We dispatch promptly, but carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

3. Products and Descriptions

We describe materials, dimensions, and finishes as accurately as possible. Screen colours may vary slightly, and handmade or glass items may show subtle natural variations. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we'll notify you and offer a refund.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or resale, and we'll refund them in full.

5. Gift Orders

Orders sent as gifts are packed without pricing slips unless you ask us to include them. Please double-check the delivery address — that's where the decoration is going to be hung.

6. Intellectual Property

Photos, text, and branding on this site belong to Monakalin and may not be reused without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted here applies to orders placed after the update.
